There is a link on the homepage in the right column saying "Issues". But it doesn't show up on mobile unless you set it to show desktop page. Here you can report zone issues.

Have you tried https://ko-fi.com/ ? I can't bring myself to use Paypal any more, have had too much problems with them. Once I ordered a few bows together with some friends and that locked the merchants account and returned the money to me accusing them of fraud... We nearly got the bows and the mone...
