The StKilda zone is on an island off the Hebrides that has no mobile signal, and thus it is not possible to take the zone. It's a beautiful place; I spent 4 days there, and it's well worth a visit. However, as there is no mobile signal (and since the island is uninhabited, it seems unlikely to change) I would suggest removing the zone.

We never delete zones, we move them. No suggestions nearby?

We have decided to have zones on all World Heritages even if one could suspect poor or no cell phone reception for the moment being. Data traffic via satphone will work anywhere in the world but is of course somewhat expensive.
