This tower is actually a roundabout in the middle of Chiang Rai which has a light show every night. Very cool and beautiful! We can stand safely in the refuge and watch the show.

You might want to tell where in the world "this tower" can be found. And include the picture, not its name.

As a coincidence the zone name ClockTower is also suggested by me a long time ago, same country(Thailand) but another place, Hua Hin
