Zones on private roads

There are two zones near me on a road that's signposted as a private road. Should these exist? If not, how do I flag them for removal?

But evaluate private here. In Sweden you are allowed to pass, even drive on private roads. UK is both more physically restricted and have no general admittance. Is road physically closed off or someones immediate driveway zones should be moved. If it is more of a transport road, not closed off and zone is close to the public road and you wouldn't disturb anyone if you pop in and out on foot or bike...maybe...

Please suggest a nearby alternative if reporting.

Hi coffindodger, are these roads really private or merely ones you shouldn't drive on. Scottish Access legislation allows access unless part of the curtilage of a house. What are the zone names and I'll have a look?
