Extremely remote zones

Hi All,
Not strange to alot of us that there are some zones not worth the 185 points + 1 to make the effort to take them. HolyIsle off Isle Of Arran being at that extreme. Even Local residents would need a foot ferry across then a decent hike to take the zone and then return (4 hours?).
I would love to bag it but would suggest worth 5 or 10x more to take but reduce 1 point per week to hold as an example?
Hard to get to needs to be higher reward?
anyone got similar zones?
