Inspiration and collaboration

Post by TheAK »

Hi!

The last couple of weeks I have been spending some time reading about the different types of zones. The does and don't. What is considered an attractive zone. Seeing the different pictures put up in their blogs when they travel to take the more interesting zones.
After coming back from my hiatus, I also found the categorisation of zones interesting. The whole bridge, Holy, monument and world heritage.

This all lead me to think of a travel guide I have been using for the last couple of years being Atlas Obscura. One of the fun things about this guide is that you can check of the places that you have visited. Almost like taking a zone.

Maybe some of their places that could serves as inspiration. Maybe even a collaboration.
If a zone had an icon that showed we could get some additional fun information about a specific zone. It could make a zone more attractive.

Just a thought :)

Looks like a lot of zone-inspiration where needed. Nice.

Nice information. Don't think we will add zone on every location right away but I will surely bookmark it as insparation in the future.

If you have some favorites nearby I suggest you mention them separately :)

Different perceptions of some and neighborhood :)

I checked about 10 of the links, most of them where in countries we haven't expanded to yet. We'll probably not adding zones there unless the one responsible for the world (as we call all countries which are not official turf countries) get the feeling.

I found 1 in Sweden and 1 in the Netherlands, both of them already had zones.

As I said, I will sure visit the site every now and then for inspiration but that it for now.
