Hi, In the last round we were 5 players taking zones in Australia, I was leading the list. Still I did not receive the regional medal. Does Australia not count as region?

Hi. Australia and all other countries doesn't count as regions as far as the medal is concerned. Region medals are only given in "official" turf countries, i.e. countries with multiple regions.
