How are Zone points determined?

How do you set the points for each zone? Some criteria, or is it random?

Hello This is how it workes:

"Points are updated dynamically every new round. However this update only occurs after 2 initial months has passed for new zones."


And this is for brand new zones:

"Zones are valued according to their predicted activity according to the following scale:
1-2 Less active/non-central
3-5 normal
6-9 very central in big city and extremely active"

And since we started turf in Norway we have no earlier "activity" in the regions to base it on, so the pph is an average quite low. But will rise in regions with high activity, and once the pph rises the takeover points will decrease.
