[INFO] Compilation of bug reports

Greetings fellow turfers!

I have the honor to announce that we are working with a new system for reporting bugs and issues regarding the turf app and the website. The new system will consist of a number of web pages where you can report issues, comment on existing issues and easily see the priority of the issues.There will be a system where it is clear what is important for the players, which will make it easier for the developers to prioritize their work.

The migration to the new system will not be perfect and all previous data from the bug section of the forum will not be transferred. We have to prioritize and try to transfer the most important information, and to do that we need your help!

We want information regarding bugs and issues that are the most important or problematic, which leads us to our question:

Which three issues or bugs do YOU think are the most important or problematic right now?

The question applies to issues that are still relevant using the latest version of the app: 0.9.4. Right now, we are only interested in issues regarding the application, we can better handle the website. Please add a short description of the problem and links to relevant forum threads. Please also add your phone model.

This survey is of course voluntary, but the more answers we get, the better start the new system will have.

Answers can be sent through PM or email to issuemanagers@turfgame.com.

We ask you to bear with us and accept that some information will get lost in the process, but in the end this system will be much better and easier to work with, which will be a benefit for both players and developers.

Hej alla turfare!

Härmed har vi glädjen att meddela att vi jobbar vi på ett nytt system för rapportering av buggar och problem med turf-appen och hemsidan. Det nya systemet kommer bestå av ett antal webbsidor där man kan rapportera buggar, kommentera buggar och enkelt se vilka buggar som har hög prioritet. Det kommer finnas ett system där det framgår vad som är viktigast för spelarna, vilket kommer göra det enklare för utvecklarna att prioritera sitt arbete.

Migrationen till det nya systemet kommer inte vara perfekt och all tidigare information i buggdelen av forumet kommer inte att föras över. Vi måste prioritera och försöka få över det viktigaste, och för att göra detta behöver vi er hjälp!

Vi vill ha information om de buggar och problem som är viktigast eller mest problematiska, så här är vår fråga:

Vilka tre problem eller buggar tycker DU är mest problematiska och viktiga just nu?

Frågan gäller problem som fortfarande är aktuella på den senaste versionen: 0.9.4. Vi är i nuläget endast intresserade av problem med appen, hemsidan kan vi lättare hantera. Bidra gärna med korta beskrivningar och länkar till aktuella forumtrådar. Tala också gärna om vilken telefonmodell det gäller.

Undersökningen är självklart frivillig, men ju fler svar vi får, ju bättre start kommer det nya systemet att få.

Vi ber er ha överseende med att viss tidigare information kommer gå förlorad, men i slutändan blir detta ett mycket bättre och tydligare system vilket kommer gynna både spelare och utvecklare.
