Marinen in Trondheim

Post by romulus78 »

The "Marinen" zone and turf in Trondheim is closed for the rest of this week, and not open to the public. Later this week it will be open to the public if you pay an expensive festival ticket ("Pstereo").

I kindly request that the zone should be moved a few meters to the west, between the existing zone and the nearby bridge. Please move the zone today so that we can visit it.

I visited "Marinen" yesterday (or tried to), but the guards said that there is "no entry".

Temporary changes to zones are not granted due to the simple matter that it would be way too much work. Also, Turf alllows zones to exist within areas that require a fee to enter.

Unfortunately there will probably be no change for till zone but you can make a formal complaint at issues.turfgame.com.

Ok.
This zone is some days (like yesterday, today and tomorrow, and thursday) not available for a fee, it is a closed area where the public is not permitted to enter. A few meters to the west the grass is not closed due to such events, and would permit more days of turfing.

Is there a limit to how high the fee can be? Please inform us.

I see that any player would benefit (IG) from jumping the fence at night and take the zone, knowing that it's likely to one would be able to keep the zone longer than average. E.g. Turf is indirectly rewarding such behaviour. Does Turf also recommend such behaviour?

People driving cars would benefit by driving the opposite direction of a one way street and people would also benefit by taking other shortcuts, perhaps across someones yard. However, this is not lawful nor respectful behaviour.

As with anything, common sense is key while moving about in the world and Turf does not give you the right to bend or break these rules. Hence, the answer is no, Turf does not recommend such behaviour.
