GPS de-activated

Hi, after opening the app in my Samsung Galaxy S4 the GPS is de-activated after som seconds. Anyone having experience with this? I have re-installed the app and also downloaded app for calibration of GPS sensor. All without having postive result.

Yes, same result unfortunately

Are you indoors? Do you get a lock or is the GPS symbol blinking? GPS Test is a good way to see how many satellites your phone can see.

When my Samsung note 2 acted like that it was a faulty GPS transmitter.

Har också problem med gps då den gröna gubben hoppar och blir aldrig stilla i en zon. Finns nog en app som fixar det, tror jag. Nån som vet?

I would recommend you to do a cache formation (does not delete files)

If that don't work and do a full factory reset (this deletes files, make sure to backup your stuff).

If that don't work and you are located in Sweden Call the Swedish Samsung on: 020-SAMSUNG and ask to start a warranty process (Doing this directly to Samsung makes it go way faster than leaving it in to the place you bought it)
