Move some Zones into public area

There some Zones in Berlin which hard to take over because they are private.

- Born4Physics (unreachable there is a construction site for a new Boulding)
- Loreleystraße (on private Ground)
- AnDerSaale (on private ground, just accessible if you lucky with GPS ore climb ore the fence)
- EmserZone (on private ground, just accessible if you lucky with GPS) please move it ca. 50 meters to the west (Kirsten-Heisig-Platz)
- Thomasstraße (on a cemetery, just a little bit inappropriate)
- AlterStJakobi (on private ground, cemetery)
- Tansania (on private Ground, just accessible if you lucky with GPS ore climb ore the fence)
- Zeughof (on private Ground, just accessible if you lucky with GPS ore climb ore the fence)

Please write issues so the responsible zonemaker is notified. Preferable one per zone, but you could copy this list in one. If you with your knowledge of the local area know of possible/non-obvious placements nearby, please suggest.
