Zones Allander Walkway (Auchenhowie to Dobbies)

Hi, I have put in 3 zone suggestions via the App for the part of the Allander Walkway between Milngavie Auchenhowie Road and Dobbies. This bit of walkway is popular but only 1 zone exists at Auchenhowie end. I have suggested 2 zones on the two bridges and 1 at the style nearest Dobbies.

I agree, this would be ideal for zones. I’ve also suggested some locations in the app in the past.

One of these zones was added and changes hands a few times per month so have again made my suggestions for 3 more zones on this popular path. One at wooden bridge, one at river bend and one at stile to Dobbies

There is a new Active Travel Route being built between Milngavie and Bishopbriggs. The first phase of this links nicely with the Allander Walkway to create a nice circular walking route, ideal for new zones! See the attached map for the route of the first phase along Auchenhowie Road. I’ve also suggested some locations in the app.
