East Lothian Zone

Could a zone be created on the small island of Eyebroughy in the Firth of Forth. The island can be easily reached at low tide, though some planning regarding low tide times would be required.

This is a bird reserve with no access in the brreding season, so a good idea but not practical, sorry.
