Hi, I tried the answer this a couple of days ago, but then the forum had a breakdown.

Focus are on the UK now, I don't see USA will be broken down to counties soon. But we have the California region, should suffice.

And then, players don't create zones, there are a zonemaker role for this. But if you list a few places central to the sport, or otherwise awesome I will happily create them.
