Winter Water Zones?

Maybe this is more of a suggestion for a new medal, but since Water Zones can only be Taken from May through October (?), have those same Zones become Ice Zones for January & February?

Misconception, they can always be taken as any zone, only thing is that they count towards the aquaman medal during open water season. An Ice medal would be interesting but even harder to set sensible rules for when and where in the world there could be ice.
