Zone Tags at turf.urbangeeks.org

After not finding any posts here about tags - is there a way to request new Tags for use at turf.urbangeeks.org? If so, are Tags limited to yes/no types of information, or can they contain text (strings) or even other data types (integer, etc)?
Specifically, it might be nice to be able to tag Zones by what City they are in (this applies to the United States only, I think?). Right now, the lowest geographic level is County and in urban areas that isn't very granular.
